Got this one for few bucks but it's very nice and a pleasure to use. It's very basic (no rangefinder or lightmeter), but the Carl Zeiss Tessar lens.... does it's job well!

Check more on my Film Blog.

It got a very plain design.
Though the more features the models of the Werra range got, the more that design idea got lost.

Lovely camera, I have two of them, both with broken shutters.

Lovely and very capable cameras, I have a werra 1 plus a Werra 4 and werramatic with a complete set of lenses, I love the very simple look of these cameras, also I have caught a few people out with them, get them to take a couple of photos, make sure the camera is wound on and invite them to take the first photo, then the second, many just assume it must be an auto wind,

Tessar on mine werra is very sharp , without being harsh. It is hard to find

both characteristic in any of best of best lenses today.

Their light shade can be mounted inverted to cover the lens barrel.
It even got a screw-in cap to cover it completely.
