I'm sorry but none of you are doing it right. HP5 developed in ID11 1+1 for 13 minutes @ 20°C or 68°F for the Americans, exposed at 200asa (or whatever you call it now) is the only correct way to do it!
Well, Tri-X and Diafine is interesting. I never had any luck with any other film in it, but that's probably because I didn't try hard enough.
Question: How do you adjust development to suit different lighting situations with Diafine? That's right. You can't. But in pretty strong light with lots of contrast it's pretty nice.
