The Best in Boston?

Hey everyone!

I just moved back to the Waltham / Cambridge / Boston area recently and am looking to continue my analog photography and go a bit further with it.

That being said, what are (in your opinion) the best photo labs in Boston and its surrounding area? I'm looking to get 35mm and 120 film developed and printed at the very least, and I'm also interested in taking a few darkroom classes as there was no lab nearby where I previously lived.

Cambridge used to have some nice camera shops and probably you can still develop in the local chemists.

LaPete Labs, in the Fort Point Channel district is a great place to go, to learn and to rent darkroom space. Bill is a wonderful resource.

Color Services in Neeedham is an excellent lab.

New England School of Photography offers evening darkroom workshops taught by Nick Johnson who is a great teacher.

Dorian Color Labs in Arlington does excellent work in C-41, E-6 and B&W using a "dip & dunk" system.

All of the above. If there's a one-stop-shop for all that'd be great, if not then that's great too.

Colortek of Boston processes all variety of film. I've used them before with good results.

there used to be a little mini lab in china town across from the tufts medical center between washington and the arch.
i do not recommend using them ...
