What...?! Sirius and I have been singing praises of the SWC here for about three years.
In addition to the Fuji GW690 I mentioned earlier, an alternative is a Zeiss Nettar of some form (e.g. 515/16) ... 120 format you can truly carry in your pocket and it's fully mechanical and reliable.
Deardorff v8, 10 3/4" Dagor, hide glue, 4x5 Graflok reducing back w/ various rollfilm backs, 5x7 and whole plate backs.
