I got my copies earlier this week as well. Couldn't be happier with it. Thank you Kier for putting this together and being so encouraging of pinhole work.
Kier - the book made it to Japan all in one piece! The book and the print are both fantastic and it has inspired me to dust off all my pinhole cameras and start using them more frequently. Hopefully I'll have something to submit to f/D in the future!
I got the book. It looks great! You and Libby did a fantastic job. Thanks. I'm honored to be included alongside such outstanding work. My friend is waiting to buy a copy and I'm looking forward to contributing to and reading the new quarterly.
Thanks guys! Can't tell you how great it is to hear how well received the book has been. Working on testing the ordering system on the site right now and should be ready soon!
I received my book on Wednesday and am only just now getting a chance to have a good look through it. What an amazing job you've done, Kier and Libby. The photographs are beautifully reproduced and the contributions to the book are inspiring. Just to top it off, someone over there is a precision gift wrapper!
Thank you so much for this, Kier. You should be exceptionally proud of what you've created here.
Also, I have to say, this is the fastest turn around from funding to reward delivery I've ever been a part of on Kickstarter, particularly considering the book had to get to the other side of the world!
Latest update, this time spotlighting photographer Luigi Gesi! For this photo, he used a pinhole camera that lays down two rolls of 35mm side by side for one image: Dead Link Removed
