Hi all,
does anyone out there know if there are any textured priting papers still on the market?

Your best bet is probably liquid emulsion and watercolor paper.

You could look into Slavich Bromoportrait 80, which is described as having a "silk" texture. IMHO the texture is nowhere near as fine as silk, but it's smoother to the touch than the coarser-grained fabrics that it more closely resembles. I have no idea where you might get it in Australia. In the US, AFAIK the only supplier is Freestyle. They do ship internationally, but the shipping charges are likely to be ridiculous. Maybe if you went in with some others on a big order it'd be more tolerable....

kentmere used to make a big range, Stipple was my favourite but sadly no more.
