Tetenal RA-4 Instructions?

I seem to have misplaced the instructions that came with the Tetenal Colortec RA-4 kit. Unless I've missed it, Tetenal's site doesn't show a copy. Anybody got a scan, or can summarize the times/temps? Thanks.

I have a kit with instructions, but am away from home on a business trip for the next day and a half, so if you can wait, I will send you some info when I'm back home.
