Has anyone done a comparison of Eukobrom or Dokumol and D-72 / powered Kodak Dektol? My suspicion is that they would give similar results. Although he doesn't mention the Tetenal developers, Richard J Henry suggests in 'Controls in black & white photography' that many standard developers give very similar results to Dektol.
