I just finished the tenth roll in the current batch of Tetenal E6. It's been a rainy spring and I've had some other distractions. So this batch has been around longer than most.
It was mixed on February 1, so the batch lasted just over three full months and processed ten rolls. The last roll was maybe a third to half stop dark, and I did think an extra 30 seconds in the first developer would be merited under the circumstances. Apart from that, the tenth roll turned out fine. Nearly every batch is used over about two months, pretty much always with ten rolls. But I think this is the longest I've ever kept a single batch.
I don't harbor any vain hopes that actual facts will stop folks from repeating baseless nonsense.
