Kind of rushed this morning so I couldn't check out the old posts on this topic but is there a test (similar to a clip test) I can use on my D76 to see if it's still good?

Thanks

Only way to tell for sure is to run some film through it. Labs would use control strips. You can use a short piece of well exposed, image bearing film. You do need to run the full process.

It's best to run the first simple snip test when you know the soup is still good. Even so, in good full strength D-76 a piece of leader or junk film should turn quite black in 2 minutes. Just do it in an open container with room light on.
