Test patterns for checking lenses

I used to have in the office a Leica test chart in color, I have no clue who had got it nor from where, but it's now gone. I'd like a recommendation for a file, in PDF of some format that I can print in color preferably, but could be B&W, to test lenses. seeing if the patterns are clear at infinity, or the marked distances. Also, if in color, once a stock is developed I can evaluate a new stock for its color reproduction based on lighting conditions. At least those are my plans. Any recommendations welcome.
