About a decade ago, we made an attachment for our Pacemaker 4x5 so we could use a Compur bio lens to its max, of having just one, of its two lenses attached to the rear of its shutter. The lens was really designed for the bellows of a 5x7, but with both lenses on, or just one on the front, we could use it on the 4x5. .
Alas, .. I have forgotten what the proper terminology is for such an item. and now curious to know, as we have dug it to use again, in trying to get a shot of a nesting bird nearby.
