My print developer is kept at 20 degrees C, what impact is there on the final print if the stop, fix, hypo clear are at temperatures below 20? During the winter the ambient temp of the darkroom can range from 16 to 18 C.

Rinses and the wash will be at 20 and I am using fibre based paper.

Thanks in advance.

Assuming the temp is no lower than 15˚C, you'll need to make no modification except longer fixing time. For best results, use neutral or alkaline rapid fixer (such as my formula on website or Clearfix, which is packaged product) and use washing aid. With these, your washing process doesn't need any modification with cold washing water (no need to use warm water for rinse and wash).
