Afaik this is from Switzerland, anyone know what process it is? I assume it's C-22 due to the era of the company, got one roll needing processing.

Telcolor were made by Tellko in Switzerland.

Tellko is now Ilford Imaging.

Telcolor was not based on C-22 but on the Agfacolor principle. It was spectrally universal sensitized. For neutral-density vs. colour-density gradation tweaking it got a silvermask.

If it is not C-22, then what process is the film?

A proprietory Tellko process.

There had been uncountable colour processes back then. We are lucky that meanwhile basically only two processes remain.

But you are right in indicating that C-22 was the first process to be used by several manufacturers worldwide; however Tellko did not join.

As said that film has got a silvermask and needed a process taking care of this. This process was offered by Tellko and exclusive laboratories.
Nonwithstanding Tellko published this masking process.

However for less quality demanding users there was chemistry offered for a more simple process based on the Agfacolor-principle.

It seems Ian has got the latter formula here:
