Technical question about condenser lens spacing in Omega D5

Hello All and thank you for looking.

I have recently returned my enlarger back to a condenser lens set up, but my problem is that I can not come up with the spacer that holds the two lenses from touching.

My question is, were these spacers specific for each set of lenses or is it a standard spacing? As I recall, it is simply a strip of thin gauge aluminum (somewhat crimped or corrugated). One lens goes in, spacer and then the second lens, but what is that spacing? I'm sure I can make it if I had a measurement. I am a professional woodworker with a shop, so I'm sure I can get it accurate.

I have everything else I need, 2 lenses, outer housing and lamp house, but this spacing is holding me up.

The lenses sit in the cylinder so the flat side of each is facing out. The bottom one sits on the inner lip of the cylinder. The top one should clear the mounding slots. I will measure and take some photos tomorrow.

As promised, here are the measurements: The spacer ring is 2-5/8" tall, abut 1/6" thick (it is corrugated metal, so that is the total thickness). The top condenser sits 5/8" below the top edge of the cylinder.

Well, after a little bit of experimenting, I decided to cut my losses and order one from KHB. Getting that corrugated part bent correctly proved to be a bit more difficult and for $20, it was easier to order. I was going to need a bulb anyway and they had that too. Very nice and helpful people.
