Tarkovski Light for 35 mm seen at mirror

I saw something interesting at Tarkovskis movie Mirror and I want to get the similar effect.
As you know Tarkovski loves nature for example a garden. When his camera record the garden from close narrow angle , something happens.
The middle of the screen is showing hot colors but the corners are shadowy and dark.
You cant get this effect with film , filter , lens but with a light.
Where can I find similar kelvin degree continious light for 35 and polaroid photography ? Of course it wont be a ARRI.

Just get an ARRI and put an 80A blue gel on it... then shoot daylight film.

Load slow colour film, get a shoe-mounted flash with strong output, tape gel on flash?
