I am looking for a Tamron Adaptall II mount adapter for Yashica/Contax MM. All of the adapters I have seen only have AE function. Does anyone know whether Tamron made one with MM function? Could an adapter with AE function be modified to work with the MM function of the later Contax cameras?

The Tamron Adaptall II came in two versions for many cameras. These are not marked in any way as different, but they added a feature or two as the camera makers added features. There may have been a second generation Adaptall II for the C/Y mount, but I only know about the TWO versions of the Adaptall II for the Minolta cameras -- the second version added the MD lug for the Minolta XD cameras.
