All taken.

Canon A-1 - Fair cosmetics. Shutter will not fire.

Nikon FM2 - Mangled shutter
Canon Canonet QL17 - (Not GIII) - Nice glass, good cosmetics, shutter speeds all over the place.

The second from the top blade is cocked down at about 20 degrees and there's a bit of bowing of the other blades in response to the pressure from that. You can move the lower blades down carefully as a unit, but the top two (or three: I can't really see clearly) seem to be unhooked from the mechanism. I can't see any actual creases in the blades themselves.

I am surprised those got taken, because....... "Nobody wants a Charlie In The Box"

They are best broken !!! Now I am going to attempt to totally disassemble an FM2 to remove the shutter mechanism.
I've never done that before ... it's going to be entertaining !!!

I am glad to report that the Canon A-1 and Olympus OM-2 are now working.
The Canon needed a replacement electromagnet and the Olympus needed a CLA of the gears ... the Nikon FM2 is going to be tough as I will need to take out the shutter.

The Canon needed a replacement electromagnet...

There are quite some reports on sticky A-series electromagnets, working after cleaning.
But a replacement is new to me. To dirty to clean?
