Hi I found an old bottle in a box is new and the box it came in seal
my question is can I use it as regular Tmax Developer and not worry about the pouch with replenisher?

tmaxrs was designed for sheet film, so if you are doing sheet, then yes you need the pouch. I put the pouch into the big jug, shake it up and use it. If John Sexton says to do it, I do it

T-MAX RS Developer and Replenisher is a hydroquinone-based, two-part developer specially formulated for replenished systems, but you can also use it in unreplenished systems
