Thanks for all the feedback! I shot about 10 sheets and as per your reccomnndations, rated the ISO at 64 (for the first several sheets, then I rated at 50) About the work habit issue, for these tests I just used the sunny 16 rule to eliminate the issue of inconsistent/different personal approaches to meter readings.

I found the best results (IMHO at least) by rating the film at ISO 50, and developing for 7-8 minutes in HC-110 Dilution B (rather than the 5.5 listed on the MDC).

This is good, as I was really starting to dislike the results I was getting before. To it's credit, Tmax is a good film and has excellent grain (best I've seen, but maybe I dont get out much). The thing that amazes me is how the grain is finer than Tri-x shot at box speed, even when it is push processed a full 3 stops.

But it's definetely a bit more picky than Tri-X.
