re camera market Sydney

hello there, I'm going to be in Sydney from the 5th to the 18th of September this year and would appreciate any info on camera markets etc, traditional film supply shops, galleries that might be holding photo exhibitions during this time. All and any info would be gratefully received! I'm travelling from Dublin, Ireland and am a member of APUG Ireland, really looking forward to taking some great shots......hopefully, regards June

You could spend a very profitable Saturday visiting Point Light, Stills, Meyer, Blender and ACP by foot and seeing some attractive parts of the inner city. You could also drop in at Paddington markets and pick up a few unique Christmas presents while you're at it! Feel free to send me a PM. I hope you enjoy your stay, June. Shame about the timing, because a friend of mine (a cousin actually) is having an exhibition in the ACP (see Tony's link above) but his exhibition finishes in late August. I haven't been to the ACP yet, but it sounds like a really nice place to visit - I'll know in a couple of weeks
