However, after shadowing a support person for a day, I realized I did not have the temperament to deal with users who have absolutely no clue as to how a computer works.
This set is for the new tests (there are 2 tests for this certification) and the release date for these two exams was April 21, 2022. The material is good for 3 years from release date, so these are the most up to date books.
