A guy is flogging a lens as a "leica lens"

This is falsehood, the lens in question is a front elemens lens, that attaches to and is dedicated only to a Canon EX Auto camera. A camera the was characteristic that it had 3 lenses, changing the front elemts only to go from 35mm via 50mm to 125mm.
Any suggestions how to deal with this?
