There were always two. One in the autumn, which was run by one person/couple, and another in the spring, that was run by someone else.
The people who ran the Cameron Centre one decided to retire.

The club I belong to (WCPHA) sponsors both swap meets. There was nothing brought up about the spring swap meet being canceled yet but I do know the persons who looked after the bookings etc are retiring. I put in a message to the President of the club to find out the details.

Well I guess you were right no spring bash. Just got a note from our Pres and I guess that I did miss a few meetings this spring and missed the news of that. Have to buy more in the yearly show. I did hear that then but was told that you should not believe rumours by the person who looked after it.

Well I got out of there relatively cheaply. FD lens 300/5.6, EF camera for parts but it still works and 3 4x5 wooden negative carriers. I sure noticed the price of 35mm cameras has climbed over the last few years. Not very big crowd as well and by 12:00 it was sparse of buyers.
