Went and had a great time! Prices seemed to have come down a bit. I didn't find the Zeiss filters I was specifically looking for, but got some pretty good deals on stuff I didn't know I wanted - some really nice Minolta lenses along with an x-700 and SRT-201 bodies, both looking like they had never had a roll put thru them. Good enough deals that Gramma Mary wasn't bothered by my bringing more old junk into the house!
It looked like the number of exhibitors, as well as attendees was down from the very high level of last spring. One of the highlights was talking with a kid who works with David Feely of Key Camera/ProCam Service in Longmont, CO. I found out they have worked on a couple of my cameras before, through Englewood Camera. Now I can go straight to them. It was so encouraging to see a 19 year-old kid dedicating to camera repair and who can take over as the older generation passes on.
