From my own personal collection, I have used this lens and it works great. I think it will cover 8x10 as a wide angle, but I used it as a long lens on a 4x5 Crown Graphic

This one is really, really nice.

Optically flawless: No scratches, cleaning marks, separation, fungus, or haze - nuttin!

Mechanically great. No oil or grime on the shutter or aperture blades. Shutter fires cleanly across the range.

Comes with a mounting ring a spacer ring. I used both when I had this on a Speed Graphic and it would focus to infinity just fine.

Comes with the original box, but I don't have the original packing material, sorry.
