Not really. If you are exceptionally handy, you could make one work. For a very small amount more you should be able to find a complete Dx enlarger with a dichroic head. Several years ago while in the same situation, I purchased a "junk" enlarger for $175 with the same goal as yours. After some inspection and a day of cleaning, painting and wiring, I put the old enlarger in storage. (I did steal a few parts for the focusing mechanism.)
I'll bet you can bet a much better deal today on one that doesn't need any work.
