Francesco, all that matters is the lens' focal length and the circle covered. Make and model have very little to do with optical vignetting, cos^4 bites 'em all equally.
If you're going to use a 47 centered on 6x6 or 6x7, the corners will be down ~ 1.6 stops and ~1.9 stops from the center respectively. Not a huge problem with negative film but you might want a CF if shooting reversal. It depends on the subject and your preferences. If you're going to use decentering movements, well, then you're more likely to need a CF.
FWIW, I shot a 47/5.6 SA centered on 2.25" x 3.25" E6 for years without a CF.
