Knowing I'm a small format nerd, a friend of mine just gave me a load of Tri-X on Super8 that was meant for a project that never materialized.
I've been wanting to invest in a Lomo tank for years so I thought with all this film at my disposal I could finally buy it! I've always sent my film to Andec but lately the pricing (20 euros per cart) is getting quite high.
I started to research, but I've found surprisingly little information on the net on how to source the chemistry and actually use it for reversal development. I would be doing this more for fun than for hoping in incredible savings, but I also don't want to embark in a project that is a sure and expensive failure...
Is there any chemistry I can use pre made? I could mix D94a myself but the chemical list is quite big and sourcing them here is Swiss is very expensive. I see there are at least three reversal kits (foma, rollei and bellini) but I only found some sketchy information on using them with tri-x (and maco has not replied to my inquiry about it). There is also a video of a guy that uses Tetenal Documol as 1st and 2nd developer, + a home made bleach. His process seems ok but I could not really figure out if it works with tri-x (my German is not really so good!), and if it is indeed any good.
Does anybody have practical experience to share?

The tiltle of this thread better should be
"Tri-X reversal processing"

I have been doing tri-X 16 mm 7266 on spirals. D-94 and D-95 are currently being used with Dichromate bleach. I don't know if s8 and 16mm films are the same. Probably. I started by using RO9 1:25 at 18 min and 68f/20c. My YouTube channel has lots of test information https://m.youtube.com/user/studiocarter1
