Sunpak AP-52 with mounting bracket (pictured) and PC sync cord (about 15 inches extended). This flash has an Auto setting for use with the built in thyristor, but I have always used it in Manual mode because it has variable power settings (full down to 1/16); also has a bounce head with settings at 45, 60, and 90 degrees. Can be mounted to a camera's tripod socket or to a tripod, and it does have an AC socket but I don't have the charger (runs on 4 AAs).
I've used this as a night flash with a 35mm rangefinder and as a fill flash for medium format; I have no idea what the guide number is, but I know it isn't as powerful as my Vivitar 285.
$30 + $11 USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping anywhere in the US = $41
