What's the difference between the Sunpak AD-26 and the AD-26J ? I'm using the Sunpak 522 flash . I've found info on the AD-26 but have found no info on the AD-26J.

Without knowing that transformer at all, I assume the various suffixes designate the mains plug.

The transformer as such can handle various mains voltages, but that would be of no use if one can not connect it to the mains outlet.
