Suggestions for Fiji

I'll be in Fiji, specifically the island of Viti Levu, October 7th through 9th. I'll be staying in Nadi, but have reserved a car, so I should be able to visit other parts of the island. I would appreciate any suggestions for locations to photograph. I'll be carrying 4x5 and 35mm.

So you'll be taking some Fuji to Fiji?

Its been 25 years since I was in Fiji so it's a bit of a distant memory. Most of the resorts are along the Coral Coast between Nadi and Suva and I recall some decent views along that drive. We didn't go north to Lautoka and beyond so I can't comment on that direction. Sun sets over the ocean along the coral coast and I remember some spectacular sunsets. I think a few Google searches might be in order.
The best part of our trip was a Blue Lagoon Cruise for about 5 days which went around many of the smaller islands but I guess you won't have time to do anything other than a day cruise.

Thanks Tony, I considered staying along the Coral Coast, but decided to stay in Nadi instead, since it was more convinent. I plan on spending at least one day driving the Coral Coast through to Suva, then back. I may take a day long cruise though. I wish I had more time, but Fiji is only a 6 hour flight from here so there is a possibility of returning.

And yes, John, I will be taking Fuji to Fiji.
