The stands are a commercially available print rack. You can get them at most art supply stores.

And how did the tour go, Rob?

I had a local "Art Show" on the weekend, my first time at the event. I made some money (not a lot), and heard from those that had previously done the show that the attendance was way down this year. Some vendors sold next to nothing.

That's my experience for the other shows I have been in. Between slow sales, and two rained out shows this summer (including rain damaged prints), it has been a tough year.

We had about 400 people through on the weekend. The top artist sold just over $2000. Everyone sold something. I sold one print and got some leads on other sales including workshops that I teach. Overall I was very happy with the way the weekend went.

Rob, that's great! Congratulations!

Onsite sales are, as you know, only one part of the equation. I have had followups to shows some 6-9 months later. A friend of mine has had people come back more than a year later for a print!
