Textwise and the pictures motive yes but I just don't hear the song when looking at the pictures. The images feel more like blues or some cool Jazz tones.

OK, so if the signature song from Lou Reed's "Transformer" doesn't do it for you, then just listen to some early Velvet Underground--equally correct, gestalt-wise.
