I have developed Fomapan 100 classic 10x15 sheet film in Diafine yesterday using following process (my usual process)
All at ~20C:
1. Diafine A - 3.5 minutes
2. Diafine B - 3.5 minutes
3. water - 2 mins
4. Adofix P - 6 minutes
5. Water - 10minutes

and got a very strange results - chrystal-like noise (see picture)
What could it be?
Diafine is fresh (1 month old), Adofix is only used for 10 films - also fresh
??

Could be static electric discharge. I have seen this star-like pattern shown in books with this cause.

I think this isn't the first time this has shown up with Foma film. There was a thread on this same problem sometime back, but I can't remember what was determined to be the cause or what solution, if any, was found. John W

What could it be?

You will probably only find out by sending a sample sheet with the problem to Fomapan themselves and asking them to examine it and comment.

thank you everybody,
I wrote to Foma support and hope they will reply. I will keep you informed
