Storing 6x9 Negs

Well, I got my GW690 and have been shooting. Developed 4 rolls 2 nights ago, cut them up last night .... and have run into a wall, not sure how to store them. Print File never mentions 6x9 outside of single frame sleeves, so it is hard to determine which might be suitable. This one looks like it might take 4 strips of 2 x 6x9, but it is hard to tell for sure.

How do you store your 6x9 negs? (well, technically, i'm storing trannies, but....)

Yes that is the one you want , 4 strips of 2. They fit perfectly.

Yep, I concur with ic-racer.

I store my 6x9's from my roll film back in the glassine version of those mentioned.

4 strips of 2 6x9's.

I use the Print File 120-4B - allows for 4 strips of 2 - 6x9 negs or transparencies

its big, its heavy(well, actually not, since its a file ), but you get my drift. I've checked it out of my local library 5 times this year alone to re-read old sections and new ones.

Wilhelm recommends that in order to reduce scratching of one's negs almost completely, don't use printfile-type pages. Yes, they're convenient, but I've given up on the completely. I have a few that I've cut the sleeved part open with a razor blade so I can proof my negs neatly. Therefore, no sliding in and out repeatedly.

btw, I store my negs in a clean, relatively dust free enviroment. So far, no problems.

just a suggestion. I've found that the roll-sleeving of 120 and 35mm (designed for labs, 1000ft rolls) does the job quite nicely, and is archival grade polyster.
