Yes, he did, as he managed to get it published as an art student in the form of a small book. Difficult enough with subsidies and so... but also explains why the booklet I found in the bookstore is more like an artist photo book, it contains several photo series, and only one relates to the Adriaan de Pauw series, and only that one is enhanced with text.

Also explains of course why there has been absolute 0 exposure for this "discovery" in the Dutch photo press...
