Stiff focusing ring on Pancolor 80mm M42

I have a CZJ Pancolor 80mm f1.8 lens in M42 mount with a stiff focusing ring. I would really like to get it cleaned and lubed to use it more often than I do. Any recommendation on where/whom I can send it to get it fixed at a reasonable cost?
