HI all,
I have two Hasselblad chrome C lenses with sticky slow speeds. They both stick on the low speeds 1/4, 1/2, 1 sec when mounted on the camera (a 500 c/m). They seem to do fine if the shutter is cocked and fired off camera. I have two other lenses, an 80mm C (black T*) and a 250mm C (chrome) which work fine on the camera, so, I am pretty sure this is an issue with the two problematic lenses -perhaps a weak spring?
The lenses are both chrome versions, one is a 50mm f/4 Distagon C and the other is the 150mm f/4 Sonnar C. Neither has been serviced in the last 10 years or so, so could also be built up gunk, I imagine, and a CLA is most likely in order. ;-)
Has anyone encountered this issue which shows up ONLY when the lens is mounted on the camera?
Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on the problem?
All the best,
Paul
