Stereo cameras

i recently came into possession of a couple old metal and wooden cameras. I may keep one as a display item but I can’t seem to find any info online. Is there a good source for finding what I have and values? I think the most interesting is a metal bullet camera for making the old political buttons. And the second most interesting is a wooden stereo camera. I’m not really planning to use them and would love to see them preserved for the future generations to enjoy. I definitely don’t want them in the hands of an interior decorator who is going to use them as props to decorate an old mountain home.That’s who was getting them if I hadn’t gotten them first. I just want to get a value so I’m selling at a fair and reasonable price. I mean I don’t want to ask a million if it’s only worth a 100. And I don’t want to sell for 100 if it’s worth a million. You get the picture.

Here we are often approached by people asking what their stuff is worth. I tend to say it is worth what you and your buyer agree upon. I repeatedly had discussions with my camera dealer on such when we both got no idea on the value of a rare piece.
Here many consider the average selling price for a certain model at Ebay as THE value. (I myself don't buy at Ebay at all, so I do not bother.)

And I can imagine that a decorator might pay more for some model than a collector...

Stereo cameras of that era are pretty common. Your best bet honestly is to go to eBay completed auctions and search “wooden stereo camera”. Bonus value if it has rare lenses (Harrison Globes etc.). PS if it’s complete and solid there IS a user market
