I distrust that site and the times posted for that film are excessive.
Arista EDU is the same as the Fomapan films that I use a lot. 120 min semi-stand is going to produce very dense negatives. I've done that so I know the results.
You stated you wanted to do stand development.
With stand development there is only one time for ANY film: 1 hour.
Start with 30sec-1 min slow inversions and then leave the tank for one hour.
That's about it.
If you want to do conventional development using 1+100 you can!

Save it for the next time you use Arista EDU or Foma products.
Agitation method is initial 30 seconds then for 10 seconds every minute.
For Fomapan 400 it is 32-34 min.
In my experience 32 min is a good start.
And use water for stop bath. 3 re-fills and 10 inversions each time is enough.
