I have 6 stainless steel tanks, 6 120 reels, and 7 35 mm reels for sale. Two of the larger tanks have plastic tops and are Simmon Omegas. The all-metal ones are either Honeywell-Nikor or Simmon Omegas. Prices are as follows:

Large tank (2 120) $8 each
Medium tank (1 120 / 2 35) 6 each
Small tank (1 35) 4
120 reel 4 each
35 reel 3 each

or $60 for the whole mess.

Plus actual shipping (I will calculate). Paypal OK.

I forgot: one of them still has film in it. No extra charge! And it's not mine; I use plastic!

I don't know what a lifting rod is, so I would have to say no.

The lifting rod is a little piece of stainless steel with a loop at one end, and the other end is twisted into a figure-eight. The rod goes through the hollow cores of the reels so the figure eight is at the bottom, and the loop sticks an inch or so out of the top of the top reel, to make it easier to lift the reels in and out of the tank.
