Square Peg Adapter for Bolex H8 100ft rolls

The 100ft rolls of 8mm film available today are on the square hole 16mm reels. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get the adapter to make them fit the bolex correctly.

Two options:

1) When JK Camera would convert these cameras to DS8, he would add a sleeve to the take-up spindles to take the square holes. Maybe, he still has some in stock.

2) Have the spindles permanently replaced with square ones from the H16. This requires complete camera dis-assembly. Contact me for details.

I got spindle adapters for all my cameras from Chambless.

Chambless doesn't have any. I'll have to email JK Camera, see if he has any left over.
