Spotting color prints and negative dust

I have a 4x5 color negative that I was printing last night. I had seen that there was some dust on the negative in small prints, but it wasn't too bothersome (small black dots in the sky). Once I enlarged to 16x20 I noticed the cluster of dust was actually insect parts. I can see several legs and other unidentified parts. The ones in the sky are very distracting at this size. Since they are black in the print they happened during exposure. I probably sucked a bug into the graphmatic and ground him up.

Anyway the question is how to fix this without scanning and making a new negative. One option I have thought of is I could make a mask and pencil out the offending areas and then spot the white spots with the right colors. This would be a lot of work, but may work of.

Or is there a way to bleach the black on the prints to make it less noticeable?

Any other suggestions?

What can be used to bleach the dyes in color paper? Thinking about it more this may be the easiest solution if it can be done.
