As I am very sensible to good service, I would like to share my simple experiences with the service of Heiland Electronics.
In september 2005 the company came out with a latest software version.
After downloading update file, it took me about 10' to do the update, without any problem even for "a simple mind" as me.
So, for some papers new data are stored, without any problem.
That's what I call: a customer_friendly and user_friendly system/company.
