Speedibrew B+W Reversal kit

I've been developing my own B+W for a few years, and I would like to step out into the world of B+W positives. I found the Speedibrew Celer Reversal kit, and was wondering if anyone could share their experience with this product. Is it difficult to use? What extra steps are needed to render positives? Are the chemicals difficult to handle? Thanks a lot.
