Polaroid originals has spectra film available again, it's been out of stock forever. I bought a couple of boxes to play with. Be fun to use my spectra camera again even if the film is expensive and the quality is not the same. Even if I don't buy anymore, it will be fun just to hear the camera eject the film once again.
The Polaroid Image1200 camera is what got me interested in instant photography - with an SX-70 and an SLR690 to follow. The Image1200 was advertised as being able to use 12-shot Spectra film packs (though I saw only 10-shot packs). Anyway, I liked the large image as compared to 600 or SX-70 format. About a year after I bought it, Polaroid basically collapsed and the film became "very expensive" - $20 for 10 shots.
Once that film disappeared, I used Impossible film, which wasn't great in the early days. I'm glad to see improved film offered now.
