I came across this yesterday. The website is very comprehensive and well laid out. It deals with restoration and repair of Nikon F2 models (all) including the rebuilding of non operational metering heads.
The engineer is based in UK but going by his web pages he has clients from all over the globe.
As he can claims he can repair non-working metering heads for F2 models, I have sent him an E Mail asking if he can do the same for Nikon F Photomic heads.

Sover Wong has been around for quite a while. I've never used him but his reputation is very good. I can't remember ever hearing a complaint online. Other than the cost (for me) of shipping to UK and back, I wouldn't hesitate to use him.
How long before a new head develops the same fault, if it doesn't have it already ?, if you need to keep old equipment usable and in good working order economy doesn't come into it.
On our side of the pond Stephen Gandy (www.cameraquest.com) says he can repair some F Photonics. I have never dealt with him so can not vouch for this.
Sover Wong worked on an F2 I bought several years ago. He's very thorough and in my opinion, well worth what he charged. He is honest and competent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I am very happy with the F2 and he told me it looks good as new. He was able to fix a couple of small issues and even upgraded the aperture sensing "ring resistor" which failed (through no fault of his own, I suspect) at no additional cost.
