I love #4! If you're like me, you'll spend an evening in the darkroom printing this negative on each of the papers you have with your favorite developers until you hit the right combo of paper/developer/contrast filter.

#3 really captures the feel of what it's like to stand under the live oaks and see the sunlight filtering through. It's almost like looking at a transparency.

Nice! Looks the the breeze is caressing the trees and making the moss sway.

Be careful around Spanish Moss. Quite often it harbors a small mite whose bite causes INENSE itching. Appreciate it from a distance.

It's the larvae of chiggers (which are mites of a sort) I believe. Good advice!

Pretty much any summer afternoon spent in a pine hammock around the coast will get you a case of chiggers. I once had a wedding client drag me all over his Southern Alabama quail plantation and I woke up the next day with chigger bites from my ankles to my belly button. Nothing on Earth short of poison ivy has the same, insanely itchy itch; you'll scratch it until blood pours out of the bite.

Not only will they eat up your legs, they are big fans of burrowing into the tenderest skin such as is commonly found around your doodads and minor orifices.

Nice

I had black & white in the OM2s.. so here are gators in monochrome.

Ooh, love gator #1. Reminds me of a transparency, only in B&W instead of color. Very nice.

What was film, developer, and lens for the b&w images 1 through 6?

The film was slightly expired Kodak BW400CN 135-36 Professional Black & White (Chromogenic C-41) Print Film (ISO-400) with development by Ilford Lab Direct Olympus OM2s with 135mm 3.5

It's the spiders that hang from live oaks at night I hate. Wildlife aside, beautiful pics.

Moved to the Landscape forum, since this seems to be more about aesthetics and composition than 35mm equipment.
