Sourcing short ends (cinema film)?

I'm curious, where besides ebay does one find short ends for film? Particularly in north america? I am interested mainly in 65mm but 35mm as well.

short ends are generated when Movies are produced on film. since their are not as many film productions as their were, the supply is a bit less than in the grand old days.

http://www.releasing.net/rawstock/ may have some.
https://www.frame24.co.uk/ seems to mostly have full rolls at the moment.
you sort of have to write and ask.

the movie folks don't really bother to save any ends of less than 100ft generaly....
